Dear Homeowners;
We have updated the pool entry system and we need to pass out new cards to all Homeowners and Tenets.
To gain entry to the Pool and Tennis Court you must have a new card.
Every resident will receive their 1st entry card at No Charge and the 2nd card for purchase @ $25.00 (Order should be placed with Heritage after MAY 15th,2016)

A Member of BOD will be present at the pool area on
SATURDAY MAY 14 TH & SATURDAY MAY 21ST
From 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Homeowners please bring your ID that matches your account with Heritage Property Management.

Tenet Please bring a copy of your current lease agreement and matching ID.

The date for this year pool party will be announced in coming weeks.
